Wow, i just remembered about this..
Well.. is it as busy as i thought i would be... YES.
i wake up crazy early.. and work crazy long..
but i got interesting cases so here some:
53 year old male smoker/schizophrenic came with in chest mass..
(well duh.. he has lung cancer)
40s female with swelling of her hands and feet ANA postivity, h/o raynauds
and alopecia.. her daughter has lupus, but she just wont meet the requirements.. so i still dont know what she had, but her swelling went down. She didnt have synovitis and her xrays of her joints were fine. So maybe she's got early scleroderma?? i dont know..
50s female DM, HTN, COPD came with recurrent cellulitis, Temp of 104.9!!! (i was scared when she went to the floor) anywaz.. back to work
