Post or not to post..
Well.. its been over a month since my last post... maybe thatz cuz my life got boring and uninteresting.. or maybe it's always boring and uninteresting.
Anywaz.. moving to RI is going ... as well can be expected
I found a condo 1BR 1 bath for a great price.. the condo complex is brand new and being populated as we speak.. its used to be colonial house and now the seller's are redoing the whole place. The value is clearly there, the only issue is the street. Not exactly a wonderful location, but its still on the East side of providence which is where all the wealthy people are, but my street isnt exactly on par with that.. cuz they used to be a lot of multifamily homes here.. and.. they attract the bad and dangerous folk. So i might have to install a security system or something.
My loan got approved.. so it just a matter of them finishing the place.. inspecting it and closing. big assumptions are that those will go down smoothly.
What else.. Graduation is May 23th and 24th.. stupid thing takes two damn days and we are mandated to go.
